Her experience spans corporate initiatives, financial advisory firms within the Ameriprise Financial ecosystem, energy companies, real estate organizations, and nonprofit leadership teams. As an Associate Franchise Consultant and CRM strategist, she also designs customized dashboards and operational systems that give leaders greater visibility into the performance of their businesses.
Tricia holds a background in Business Science, Strategic Leadership, and Organizational Development, and is a designated Behavioral Financial Advisor.
